PHAN Oun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Director General of Consumer Protection, Competition and Fraud Repression (CCF) Directorate-General, Ministry of Commerce in-charge as member of National Commission for Consumer Protection (NCCP) had attended to (Cambodia-Australia Consumer Protection Partnership Launch) at Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra, Siem Reap Province under the high presidency of His Excellency Mr. Pan Sorasak, Minister of Commerce in-charge as Chairman of National Commission for Consumer Protection (NCCP) and Mr. Tim Ayres, Assistant Minister for Trade, Assistant Minister for Manufacturing of Australia.
