It should also be noted that most of these offenses are related to dishonesty in business, including: Offenses related to fuel, the product labelling, and misleading advertisements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be reminded that the Inter-Ministerial Prakas on the Transitional Penal Procedure for Violation of the Law on Consumer Protection was approved on June 3, 2021.
